Reading hypnobirthing courses are recommended after 22 weeks to ensure mums-to-be have time to practice the techniques and for the mind/body link to be securely established before the birth.

However, it has been known for mums to attend right up to their due date – a crash course can be arranged if necessary –  it’s better late than not at all!
